The fingertips of the LACD Via Ferrata gloves are designed to be open, ensuring absolute dexterity when climbing on rock. However, the two-thirds length of the fingers is ideal for gripping the wire ropes, providing perfect hand protection and a secure hold on the rope from all sides. The back of the hand and fingers are made of durable and breathable mesh fabric. The palm, on the other hand, is made of sturdy and durable synthetic leather. The gloves can be comfortably secured at the wrist with a hook-and-loop fastener, and the absorbent back of the thumbs proves to be a practical aid during strenuous climbing sections, allowing you to quickly wipe sweat from your eyes when needed. A loop at the wrist allows the gloves to be easily attached to a climbing harness or similar equipment using a carabiner.
