Cancellation

Consumers have a right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Policy Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Plus-Werk GmbH, Alte Strasse 53, 3713 Reichenbach im Kandertal, Switzerland, Phone: +41 33 676 70 80, Email: kontakt@dein-klettershop.ch) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear written statement. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Plus-Werk GmbH, Alte Strasse 53, 3713 Reichenbach im Kandertal, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal

are climbing holds from our own brand, Dein Klettershop, as well as any custom-made or made-to-order products. The climbing holds we manufacture are made to order and therefore cannot be returned.
