Can I pick up the goods directly?
Most items offered in the online shop www.dein-klettershop.ch can be picked up in Reichenbach by appointment and paid for by debit card or cash. If you would like to pick up the goods in person, please contact us by phone. -
Which countries do you deliver to?
We normally only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries to other countries are possible by arrangement. Please note that customs duties may apply. -
How are the items delivered?
Standard-sized items are delivered via Swiss Post. For other items, transport will be arranged. -
Is it possible to order goods on account?
It is possible to pay by credit card, Twint, or prepayment (bank transfer). Payment on account is only available upon request. -

dein-klettershop.ch was founded in 2008 as a sole proprietorship. Since March 10, 2020, it has been integrated into Plus-Werk GmbH Frutigen. The managing director is Frans Nota.
