Resin holds in rock look with integrated glue-in hooks, standard hooks, hourglasses and cracks for Friends, nuts and Tricams etc.

Various belaying techniques can be learned, such as belay station construction (series connection and load distribution), conversion for abseiling, placing Friends and wedges, threading an hourglass, etc. 

This allows various belaying and anchor point scenarios to be screwed onto the climbing walls of the climbing hall in any practice area near the ground.
