What is Boulderball POWER?
The POWER Bundle expands the Basic with an effective and well-designed training package to strengthen your fingers, tendons and forearms.

The POWER Bundle combines a bouldering ball, rubber ring, and resistance band – developed with sports scientists, based on functional training principles. This allows for targeted strength building, correction of imbalances, and prevention of injuries.

Is the Boulderball Basic included in the POWER Bundle?
Yes! The Boulderball POWER Bundle includes the complete Boulderball Basic – including route maps and app access.

So you can not only perform targeted finger training with ring and strap, but also play the classic bouldering game with all solo routes.

How does the POWER Bundle differ from the Boulderball Basic?
The POWER Bundle additionally includes a grip ring, stretch band, liquid chalk, and a training plan.
This transforms the Boulderball from a mere toy into a complete finger training system for performance, injury prevention, and focus.

How it all began – From idea to ball

Dieter, a sports scientist and passionate climber , had a clear vision:
a training device that would challenge finger strength, coordination, and concentration – playfully, anywhere, and without a climbing wall.
He discussed it with Joachim – a mental coach, tennis coach, and creative mind.
A few weeks later, while chopping small logs, Joachim suddenly had an epiphany:
"What if you climbed around a ball – with your fingers, hold by hold?"
He told Dieter about his idea – and that's how the development of the Boulderball began.
