Thirteen years have passed since the first edition of "extrem SUD" (then "extrem Volume 2"). Since then, much has changed beyond the Gotthard and Simplon passes: thanks to dedicated developers, new climbing areas have been created, existing ones expanded, and projects cleared. The new "extrem SUD" describes the best crags and multi-pitch routes from Ossola to Ticino, via Lecco to Val Masino and Val Malenco. In addition to well-known areas, it presents some insider tips, such as the top crack climbing area "Yosesigo," as well as the newest crags and multi-pitch routes in Ticino.
